The Global Entrepreneurship Week- GEW is one celebrated across many countries and amongst various stakeholders in the world. It is usually a designated week in November dedicated to the gathering of Entrepreneurs at different activities and events across the world. The aim is to celebrate entrepreneurs in different fields as well as encourage small and medium scale businesses and business ideas.
This year, the GEW held from the 13th to the 19th of November, 2017. Within these days, different activities are being conducted across the world. The Regional Centre of Expertise- RCE Minna, in a bid to join the world in commemorating the GEW organized an interactive evening session with the outgoing students of Federal University of Technology- FUTMinna, from the School of Environmental Technology. The interactions centered on the post- university aspirations of the outgoing students, and how to balance financial independency with sustainable entrepreneurial ideas.
